Deciding to file GC Concurrently for Parents

Hi,
Thanks for your posting. Its very helpful.
Have couple of Qs though.
1.My parents I94 is valid till 12/26/2011. So if I file by Oct end 2011, and if they get the I-130/ I-485 receipt notice before dec 26th, then are they authorized to stay beyond dec 26th?
2. Also, how long does a Med exam take, and do we post the Med exam envelope (the Dr. gives) along with the applications?
3. What documents and application forms are needed for concurrent filing apart from I130 & I-485?

Hello there, my son is about to file the I-130 on my behalf but now after reading this thread I wonder if we should get this done in the US...I do already have a B2 and have being travelling many times in and out on visiting my kids!! Now anybody can help me out to decide the better route? NVC or US ?
