Help! Request information on filing for visa for fiance in usa
Hello,
I am a US Citizen and getting married soon to my fiance who is on an H1 visa. I am interested to know the process for a family-based green card visa for my fiance. We both reside and work in the USA. Will my fiance able to continue work with the company as currently working if apply for a Greencard visa post-wedding. We will be staying together post-wedding within the USA.
Please clarify if below are the forms to apply for my fiance or there any additional forms.
Form I-485, Form I-130, and Form I-864
Request to please let me know the duration it took to receive a Greencard for the spouse.
Update: Please suggest or request to direct me to a website or an attorney with whom I can consult.
