Affidavit for removal of conditions

Hello!

I am putting together the evidence to apply for the ROC for my marriage based green card. I have a question with regards to submitting affidavits with form I-751.

We had several people write affidavits 2 years ago because we got a request for more evidence after our AOS interview. I’m wondering if we can use the same affidavits for this petition, or if we should ask our friends and family to write new ones?

I would strongly suggest you get new ones. Affidavits from 2 years ago aren't going to look as good on your application. You want current, up to date ones that show support for you over the past 2 years.
