Please help on F4 Category deatils

Hi! i'm new to the forum.
My sister,being citizen of united states is willing to sponsor family based green card to me.
Before i could start on process of applying that i have queries listed below:
1.how many years it will take to complete the process?.
2.how many years it will take to get EID in US ?
3.Does the process of green card application would be affected, if i enter USA on H1b/L1?
4.previously i had refusal of F1 visa twice would it have impact on green card application?

Also,please provide me the necessary details like what are sort of the documents needed , fee requirements for this sponsored greeen card .

1. At current processing times, about 10 years. It may increase or decrese.

2. You can get EAD only if you are in the U.S. The time is about the same as #1.

3 & 4. No.
