Is CSPA applicable for F2A visa? My brother is 20 years old and my dad filed for F2A visa for him. Because of the pandemic, the visa processing might take longer and he might exceed 21 years old and will not be considered as a "Child" as per USCIS. But I heard that there is an option for CSPA(Freezing the child's age) and I am wondering whether F2A visa allows CSPA.
