NVC and respective country issuing interview ?

Hi all,

just curious if anyone had interview letter sent out via from their chargeability country embassy or has the president proclamation halted all interviews. I know they are still reviewing cases/document support and accepting fees but not sure if they are scheduling interviews.

I finished my in laws documents on CEAC 2 months ago and NVC said your document is accepted just need to wait for your embassy to schedule interview. I hope this will not take over a yr.
