My wife has her permanent residence status interview on AUG 10. She would like to bring her brother over to the US also. I am retired and will start collecting SS in Nov, so I do not qualify for the 125% rule for 3 (me,wife and her brother) the annual income. Does anybody think I would qualify as a co-sponser for her with these assets? 70,000 cash, 80,000 stocks, own home and 2 vehicles. Thanks
