Im an lpr .. i applied for my son under f2a on april2008 .. the cut off dates on the vb now is july 2008.. still my case has not been approved by uscis .. what should i do? im really worried

Till the dates are current no expedite processing is possible, they will not consider any request for expedited processing.

Its almost like asking for a Visa number before a Quota is available. This is simply not possible, you have to wait till the dates are current.
