folks,
i have applied for my mothers GC I130 and I485. I got an RFE asking for letter from Indian authorities about non availability of birth certificate. I have submitted written affidavit from her relative stating her maiden name. age and the rest . They need this in addition to that.
Mother is already in US. Now how do i get this ..
any help is appreciated.
