I am trying to get married to my bf in Dubai. I will be traveling there to get married to him and plan to bring him to the USA. I am a citizen of the US. What are my options to bring him to the USA while the I-130 is processing? Can he visit? If so, how for long? I am not sure on this process and what options we both have. Also, do I have to file the papers from the USA? or does he have to file from Dubai?
