Which form should I fill out for AOS for my mother

I am a USC who plans to sponsor my mother for her GC when she visits me on a B2 ( visitor visa). I used this forum when I was filling for my GC few years back. I am familiar with some of the forms. However which I-864 form should I be filling for my mother? as I will be the main sponsor for her ? reason I ask is that on the on the uscis fee schedule I see sub forms for I-864 see attached. Can any one give me an idea?
