Family based green card filed over a month ago, haven't received I797 yet

My family based green card application was filed over a month ago along with an application for an EAD card and I still haven't received an acknowledgement I797 yet.

Does anybody know how to track this?

Where did you send your application to? I sent my EAD renewal application to the Chicago P.O. box about a month ago but no notice of receipt yet. (I have a pending marriage-based green card application) They might be backlogged since reopening.
