questions about petioning other
I won the DV immigrant lottery before and gained the immigration status , that time I was married , so my wife also got the immigration along with me.
D. 2.Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?
Now my question is : will i be considered a petitioner for her? I married her around 6 years back and it didnt work out while we were in the USA. I am pretty confused if it will be considered a petition. As i am going to fill up this form this question is haunting me.
