I am an F1 who filed for my GC (I-485) Dec 2009 through my husband who is a US citizen. His company are planning to relocate him across the country to another state. If I change my address with USCIS and move my case to another local processing office, does my case get put to the 'bottom of the pile' and I have to start my 6 month wait (current processing time) all over again?
