I was based in Washington DC but moved from there to Denver. My USC wife and I notified USCIS via respective forms (I-865 and AR-11) and even got back NOAs confirming that address change was noted by USCIS. I also called their contact center to confirm and they said yes it had been updated.
Now, after almost 4 months of getting address changed, they sent me the interview scheduled letter and in there I have to appear at Washington DC for interview. Should I attend that? Because if I do, the Field Office interviewer might say that he/she doesn't have the jurisdiction and then tell us to go back. However, if I don't attend, they will say that we didn't show up.
Has anyone got experience with this?
