Application for green Card for mom

I am A US Citizen 21 yr old.
My father and my Birth mother divorced with my custody to my dad.
My dad married to USC and We all got green card .MY dad and my step mom Divorced
and after that we became US Citizen .
My dad and my Biological Mom is Not married again yet.
Now my question is I am 21 year old US Citizen ,can I apply for green card for my biological mom ?
Can anyone help me ?

I am not an immigration expert but my thinking says that it is your biological mom and dad who have divorced but not you and your biological mom!!!!!

Your mother remains your biological mother as it is mentioned in your birth certificate no matter who your dad marries.

You should go ahead but let others comment as well and take advice from an immigration lawyer maybe.
