Since processing of many types of visas has halted abroad due to covid restrictions, I would guess that a lot less people have been processed this year in those categories.
Will this affect the numbers reflected in the visa bulletin? As in, since less people are able to take advantage of their priority date, will the dates move faster to fill up the quotas?
This doesn't seem to be the case so far. I've noticed the F1 Unmarried Sons and Daughters of U.S. Citizens category has not moved in 3 months. Does anyone know the reason there hasn't been movement?
