family based greencard question

hi,
my daughter a U.S citizen wants to file for greencard for us, she lives in washington and we live in Texas. My question is can she file from washington or should she send i 130 to us and we file it from Texas and does it make difference in approval time.

If anyone has any advice i would appreciate it.

Hey,
Your daughter needs to file I-130 and send it to a designated USCIS office written on the instructions form. She also needs to submit I-485 at the same time.
