    Hope somebody can advise what to do. I have a cousin who is in this situation ...

    What happens if a petition is filed by a Legal Permanent Resident (F2B) and the petitioner becomes a U.S. citizen?

    Does the petitoner needs to inform the USCIS or National Visa Center?
