Family Base Green Card Que

Hi,

I am US citizen. I am planning to file "Family based green card" petition for my 2 brothers in China. They each has a 20 years old daughter. Could you please advise me if the daughters can benefit from this petition? F4 waiting time is about 10 years. By the time, the daughters are 30 years old. Can the daughters get green card with their father then?
