Hi,
We have an approved I-130 for my father and have submitted all of the documents to NVC. We are waiting for these to get approved and then immigrant visa appointment. Because of COVID, all immigrant visa (IR 5) are suspended and we were wondering if he can travel to US while we wait. He has an approved B1 visa and has travelled multiple times in the past on short visit. Does any one has experience or guidance for us on this?
