i just received my i-130 petition approval letter last week, i have some queries about that if some senior member can answer, it will be really appreciated
1 . will US embassy contact me in my home country regarding case processing and interview or is there any specific documents i need to provide them
2 . If I’m not in my home country right now, can they process my case some other US embassy other then my home country.
3 . What is the estimated processing time for the case after approval of i-130 application.
