i751 filed jointly but divorced, is it possible?

Question: Is it possible to file i751 petition to remove conditions jointly but divorced? My ex wife (who petitioned me) is more than willing to file jointly with me even though we are divorced. I have been doing research about this but can’t find either an indication or exception about this.

No. If the divorce is already final, you have to file yourself on the basis of divorce. The most your ex-spouse can do is write a statement supporting the fact that the marriage was genuine.
