Hello. I was confused about signing the online form after the filing fee. It states "You must provide your digital signature below by typing your full legal name. We may deny your petition if you do not completely fill out this petition or fail to submit required documents. We will record the date of your signature with your petition." The reason I am asking is to be clear because I was denied the first time for a signature. It does state "typed full legal name". But in another place I have read it states "A valid signature consists of any handwritten mark or sign made by an individual, and does not include signatures created by a typewriter, word processor, stamp, auto-pen, or similar device." which has been stated on their website and in my denial notice. I do not want to make the same mistake again because this has totally devastated me and my family for such a error so minor. Thank you so much for your help.
