I-130 fee

Hello,
I read in state.gov that the I-130 fee has been reduced from $355 to $330 and it will be in effect from July 13th, but the filing fee in USCIS website is still saying $355, does anyone know anything about this?

Hi,
The fee schedule which you saw is for consular processing only. E.g. If you file your I-130 at an embassy then it is applicable to you.

If you read the whole press release then you will see this "The revised fees will cover actual operating expenses for the 301 overseas consular posts, 23 domestic passport agencies and other centers that provide these consular services to U.S. and foreign citizens."
