I am married to a GC holder and my spouse applied GC for me in Dec 2020. The documents have been sent and we received the receipt numbers end of Dec. My question is how long will be the wait times currently for Indian Citizens. One of the reason i ask this is because while preparing for documentation , i noticed that i lost by ssn card and i had to reapply it, which involved mailing my passport and h1b copy to the local social security office and it would take any time between 8-16 weeks to get the SSN duplicate( I had to do this because all the SSN offices have been closed due to COVID and they donot have any timeline when they would return to office. I almost waited a month to do this). I have been in the US from 2010 and have H1B validity until 2022 March with an approved i140 .
