Parents travel to USA from India during I-130 process

I applied I-130 for my parents who are in India. They have valid visitor visa. Are they okay to travel to USA? If they come here will I be able to change the I-130 processing center from Chennai to one of the centers here in USA and apply 485?

If they enter the US under a tourist status with the intent to adjust status, they are committing immigration fraud.
