Does FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURN OR TRANSCRIPT should be from the current year? We haven't filed our taxes yet, so can I submit the last year's tax transcript(2019)? Is that okay?

If it's before the tax filing deadline for 2020 taxes (April 15, 2021), you can use 2019 as your most recent year.

I am using I864EZ and can I put the Adjustment of Gross Income in the tax transcript which I filed with my spouse? Or is AGI needed only from my income? We filed the tax jointly. Please reply.
