My dad who was born in the 1950ies doesn't have a birth certificate. But he does have a school leaving certificate, PAN card, and old passport which is showing his parents' name and date of birth. He also has an Adhar card which is showing the date of birth. His relatives who are more than 10 years than him are no more to give the affidavit.
Are these documents enough to be considered as the secondary birth certificate? Please reply.
