This is my first post to this forum so I must greet everyone providing amazing help to newbies like me. Thank you.
I have a case for myself as primary application for a F41 visa as brother / sister of US citizen. My case submission timelines are as under:
1. Affidavit of support - Nov 7, 2020
2. DS 260 - Nov 8, 2020
3. Civil Docs - Dec 11, 2020
I have not received any acknowledgement or DS-260 review or FE case review messages from NVC. My Civil Docs and DS-260 status is: SUBMITTED
Interesting to note is that another applicant, my brother, submitted his civil docs on Feb 12, 2021 and got the message of acceptance on Feb 13, 2021. What could be the possible reason for my case not being updated in 3 months and his getting updated in one single day ? Please help.
