Green Card for Siblings

Can someone help me with this, I remember the sibling application was stopped in 2018-2019, have they revoked it?

There has never been any change to sibling immigration in the last few years (except that issuance of immigrant visas in general was suspended from April 23, 2020 to February 24, 2021).
