Hello,
Please I want to find out if it is the original or photocopy of birth certificate of the petitioner and beneficiary that will be attached to the I-130 for submission.

I wouldn't recommend sending any originals, you have to have them on hands in case of the interview.
Send the copies.

Copies only, takes originals at the time of interview. If the BC are/is in a foreign language, make sure you get it translated by anyone with their name, signature and address on the certification.
