Hi everyone.

We are permanent lawful residence and would like to file F2B for our adult unmarried son who is on H1b visa. The PD is May2016. I was wondering if we can file I-130, I-486 and I-765 concurenntly? Thank you in advance.

When you say the PD is in May 2016, that means you already filed I-130 for him in May 2016, right?

If he was born in a country other than Mexico or the Philippines, and the PD for his I-130 is before May 22, 2016, he can file I-485 for Adjustment of Status, and I-765 for EAD and I-131 for Advance Parole can be filed for free together with the I-485.
