Your statement is not clear, do you have your immigrant visa already or you are asking when you will get it?

They are processing cases with priority date of June 2001, you are 3 or 4 months away........

hi myself from india i wanna know whether i am eligible to get visa under cspa act as my case is under f4 i am a derivative under this and now my age is 22 years 3 months my pd is oct 2002 and approved on sept 2005 and currently visa bulletin shows dec01 for next month ocober.so plz do let me knw i will be very thankful to all of u guys ..............

Please google CSPA, there is a table which you can use to see if are eligible.
