I will be petitionining permanent residence for my under age daughter, who is currently living with her mother (Ex wife) overseas. I am U.S. citizen. My daughter has a valid B1 tourist visa.
Due to family issues, my daughter wants to come up and live with me and my wife, however she is still in High schol.
1. Can may daughter come up, and adjust to F1 (I-20) visa, and then djust
to permanent residence?
2. Should she apply for F1 (I-20) in her country?
3. Do public high schools issue (I-20) for student visa?
4. Can She adjust from student visa to permanet residence?
