I 944 filing for an elderly mother of a US citizen - household and assets question

Good day guys. A very helpful forum but I can't seem to find a lot of information about I944 for an elderly parent. Here are my question

Part 2. Question 1. List yourself and all the individuals of your household
I list my mother (the applicant herself), myself, my husband and my kids (all young age)?
Part 3. Question 1 Household Income
Can I list just my husband (the only one working from people mentioned above in part 2) and just skip all the other names or do I put bla bla zero income
Part 3 Question 6
Should I list my mothers pension even though it's about 200 US$ per month and is not really reported anywhere in US and she will not be collecting it
