Greencard for parents

All, I had a couple of questions about applying for a Green Card for parents:

1. It looks like a separate I-130 application is to be submitted for each parent. Does this mean I cannot use form I-864EZ? (One of the conditions is: "The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on the Form I-130 petition.")

2. Is it better to apply for a GC after they come to the US (on a tourist visa) or while they are in India?

1. You can still use I-864 EZ if you qualify in all other aspects.
2. Either way. Pros and cons vary with time all the time.
