Please, I am confused at the moment. I don't know what's wrong. My family moved from our country Nigeria on a student visa with dependants to the UK. Luckily got the Green card petition approved by NVC last month and they've rejected the add Derivatives three times for the spouse. They approved for our daughter.
1st rejection: Please reissue your request and send a copy of the beneficiary's marriage certificate along with a copy of the Naturalization Certificate if the petitioner has become a United States Citizen.
2nd rejection: The attachments you submitted to add your derivative were illegible. Please rescan your documents so they are legible and resubmit.
3rd rejection: The correspondence submitted to add a spouse is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.
The documents submitted was for the first and the second rejections were the same documents we used to move to the UK. We requested for reissuance of the marriage certificate and we got the third rejection. What's the way forward please?
