Immigration of relative

I was wondering if you could help me with this.

I am a US citizen and want to sponsor my real brother for immigration to US.

Is it better time wise to sponsor the parents first and let them sponsor my brother (their son) or does it make no difference if I sponsor my brother.

Appreciate any help on this.

It does not really matter. The difference is less than 1 year at most.
