Fiancee Visa Question

I expect my Fiancee from Belarus to arrive in the US on Sept 2,2010.
I understand we must marry within 90 days ...the lenth of the visa.

My question is this:

I need to travel to Mexico on Business in October...can she legally
accompany me there. Or will there be immigration issues ??

If she has multi-entry visa - shouldn't be a problem.
Also I would suggest getting married after the trip.
If she has 1 entry visa - there will be issues.
