Hello,
To be short : i want to change the last name on my green card, and change it from husband 's last name>> to my maiden name. I really want to keep my maiden name.
On the I-90 couldn't find any options for my situation. (the closest one is :requesting a change after changing name legally)
To explain more :
I received my family based, 10 years green card recently, and it came with my husband's last name, when i first applied i applied with my husband's name, and then i changed my mind,because all the rest of my documents are with my maiden name,so during the interview i told the officer that i prefers to keep my Maiden Name, i saw him correcting it on my documents, but i was surprised to see it wasn't updated/applied once i received the green card.
Any advise?
