Parents I130 Approved Spouse pending

USC Filed for spouse in December 2019, still pending, no updates after initial received notice. Unfortunately, the processing date is still prior to priority date so I can't submit an erequest.
Filed for both parents in October 2020, I30 approved in Feb 2021.
Both filed online. Anyone has experienced the same?

This depends on processing Service Center location. Are they same ?

Spouse application has no update what so ever.
Parents application updated after 2 weeks of submission that its being processed at Nebraska.
