Hi there,
I am a US citizen and applying for my real brother's immigration to USA . I am preparing required documents . Do i have to submit a I-864 (Affidavit of support) as well along with I-130.

Just the I-130 form with proof of relationship. I-864 is required once his PD becomes current (nine plus years wait in most cases).
