Hello I would like to recieve some specific info if possible and you have time for it about my particular case because I am a bit confused about this process.
I married my wife June 24 this year when she came to Argentina , she is a U.S. Citizen, our marriage is based in love and not for migrating purposes, she wouldnt live here because of the language and the kids special needs. We want to know what specific steps we have to go thru to allow me to go home with her as soon as possible, I am actually processing a new passport from my country of origin Argentina where I am living in because my first one has expired, and I have also readed that the passport has to have a 6 month time validity before applying for a spouse relocation visa now I am not sure if that is also applyable to my passport renewal or it applyes in general everytime you request a new passport or renewal, anyways we have all pictures emails wedding cards, notes, birthday cards and all the legal papers of our marriage available. What do we have to do exactly from now on? She is back in the states because of work and I am trying to help her figuringout what we have to do exactly or as specific as possible because we are both very busy at work so if there is a way for me to help I will do and that is why I am asking you for some help to know what we have to do from now on it will help us so much.
