    Green Card for Brother

    I am currently on green card .Can i file green card for my brother who is unmarried and is under 21 in age.

    You will need to fill I-130 form. See and read this for I-130:- https://www.immihelp.com/family-base...on-procedures/

    Download the latest I-130 form from USCIS website.

      If you are only a green card holder I don't think you can file for a sibling (brother or sister ). I was told that only a citizen can do that.
