My Mom's I-94 is expiring in September..
I filed I-130 in June got the receipt and the file is currently under process..
So if file my I-485(AOS) now can she stay here legally after her I-94 expires.
I called USCIS earlier today based on her interpreation she can stay legally as long I-485 is file and until a final decision is made and if my mom wants to travel in the meantime, she need use Advance parole..
I have also checked with one of the Antorney and she confirmed the same..
I want to corss check to see if anyone is in the same status i am
