When can parent leave US after concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 for green card

I will be filing a petition for my mother for a green card. She is currently in the US on B2 visitor visa that is valid for the next 2 years. I will be filing I-130 and I-485 (along with I-864 and I 693). At what point in the process can she leave the US? Do I need to file I-131?

To travel abroad an AP is needed so you must file I-131.
It is always recommended to file I-765 too even if there is no plan for them to work, there is an option to get an SSN card and that will help getting a driver's license, checking account, rent, etc.
