I want to apply i-130 for my parents , my question is : when i become u.s citizen i chagned my name so now my brith certificate which is from india is not matching my name with u.s. citizen certificate. so what i have to sumbit that show my idenity is same as u.s citzen certificate

Question about I-130 PArt C question 16

Can some body haelp me with my I-130 form:

I won DV lottery and received Immigrant visas in 2008 (me, wife and our 2 years child). However, I did not bring my child in usa, and his immigrant visa has been expired.

NOw, I decicde to fill I-130 fo my child, and I could not find answer for question 16 Part C: Has your relative ever been under immigration proceeding?
