Hi,
My I-130 petition for my son's GC was approved March 2021. I received the NVC email with case and invoice numbers a week ago, this month of April 2021.
My PD is June/2018
Chart A Bulletin of April 2021:
F1 08/Oct/2014 and
F2B 08/Aug/2015 (opt out from F1 and return to F2B).
- Is it right to say that my date will be current in about 3 years (F2B) to 4 years (F1)?
- Is it usual that NVC starts the process of collecting documents, AOS... 3 years before the date become current ?
