I’m a naturalized US citizen, who has submitted the i130 petition for my unmarried adult son >21 years old.
My question is: my son has been unemployed from his previously job and has been receiving government-assistance ( some form of government subsidy) from the country he’s in. Is this going to affect him successfully getting his greencard later on ?
